About This Service
A radiosonde is the small instrument package a weather service hangs under a balloon: it climbs for about two hours to 30,000 m or more, measuring temperature, humidity, pressure and wind, then drifts down, and is often found by hobbyists. Volunteers with receivers pick up its signal and share it. ArkSignal records the flights over and around Arkansas, keeps the tracks and the data, and lets members claim their own receiving stations.
Telemetry comes from SondeHub under Creative Commons BY-SA 2.0. How to feed it if you run a receiver.
